Cancelling an order

You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please contact us before returning anything. Products must be returned unopened, unused and with the original seal intact. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back. Where the entire order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Opened products

For product-safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed tubs unless the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly.

Please do not dispose of a product you believe may be defective until we have had an opportunity to investigate it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your name and order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging and affected product
• A photograph of the batch number on the tub
• A brief description of the problem

Some genuine product issues may only become apparent after opening. We will consider each report individually and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. FieldStrength Naturals will cover reasonable return costs when goods are confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Reporting within 48 hours helps us investigate transit damage, but it does not affect your statutory rights.

Product results

FieldStrength Naturals does not guarantee a particular outcome, as every dog, workload and feeding routine is different.

A lack of noticeable change does not mean the product is defective and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. Correct daily feeding, consistent use and the dog’s individual circumstances can all influence the owner’s experience.

FieldStrength Naturals products are complementary feed supplements, not veterinary medicines. Pain, lameness or a sudden change in your dog’s movement, behaviour or general condition should be assessed by a veterinary professional.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will confirm whether a return is required and provide the appropriate return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
