Straightforward returns
You may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must normally be unopened, unused and sealed. Different arrangements apply where goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Clear UK delivery
Tracked UK delivery is £2.50 for a single 250g tub. Tracked UK delivery is free for two 250g tubs, and for 500g and 1kg tubs. Every order is carefully packed in sealed, reusable tubs.

Customer Care is available from 8am to 6pm. Emails may occasionally be answered outside these hours.
